I'm passionate about calling back the power of women in order for them to heal their womb and yoni's.  I will support your healing through detox, hands on body-work, lymph drainage therapy, womb work, herbs, energy and spiritual work and when needed even plant medicine journeys. 

 

In this session, I will check your womb alignment and determine if its placement is a contributor to your symptomatology and presenting imbalances. Through a series of psoas releases,  a paraspinal muscle located deep in the body, very close to the spine. We will warm and breath supporting opening work we will support the movement of your uterus back into place. With this unwinding and re-balancing your reproductive system and overall physical and emotional health can start to balance. 

 

This work can be emotional as our wombs are a place of held emotion and past traumas. I am passionate about trauma informed care and creating safe supportive containers.
